Payment, Invoicing and Delivery
What payment methods are available?
MB Way: you must enter the phone number at the time of checkout where the information is requested. Then you have to pay via mobile phone;
ATM reference: at the end of the purchase an ATM reference will be generated. In case it is not visible you can click on "see my order" in the confirmation email;
Credit Card: you can pay by VISA, Mastercard or Amex credit card. The data is encrypted by highly secure Shopify technology;
Paypal: if you have a paypal account you can use this method and finish the purchase on the paypal checkout page.

Do you bill at the time of purchase?
Yes, after the purchase and payment confirmation an invoice is sent with the data entered at the time of checkout to your email.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipments will be made via Chronopost Portugal (mainland Portugal, Islands and Spain) at a cost of 3.90 euros.
Do you make international shipments?
Yes, we make shipments to France, Switzerland, Germany, UK, Belgium and Luxembourg.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the website https://chronopost.pt/track-and-trace with the number that was sent by email at the time of confirmation of shipment. For any additional questions please contact email@example.com
I ordered more than one product and I only received one
Don't worry! Sometimes products are shipped separately, so they arrive on different days. Wait a little longer until the other products arrive. In case the delivery time has already been exceeded, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and with the subject [Shipments / order number].
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
How can I cancel an order?
To cancel the order you have to send an email to email@example.com with the subject [Cancellation/order number].
How can I make the return?
If you bought an item at influencersmarket.co you have 30 days to return your order.
The conditions for you to make the return are the following:
- Articles in the same conditions in which they were sold and without signs of use;
- Return period: until the 30th consecutive day, starting from the day of delivery.

The cost of the return shall be borne by the consumer.
How can I exchange?
If you detect a defect or non-conformity in the ordered item you should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and the information regarding the item you want to return and the size for which you want to exchange it. The deadline for returning the original merchandise is 30 days from the exchange order and is free of charge to the consumer. Upon receipt of the item at our premises, a voucher will be issued in the amount of the purchase (excluding shipping costs) so that you can make a new purchase.
How is the refund made in case of return?
In case of return, and after validation of compliance with the conditions of return described above, you will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made
